"She was a diligent and dependable team member in 3 different projects. Her major responsibilities included user experience research, design thinking and pilot testing. Miaolin is able to use multiple design research methods to understand the users and context better in order to provide a better user experience. In order to visualize our projects in a more effective manner, she created user storyboards and project introduction videos using her fluid storytelling and excellent design skills."
Kids Entertaiment Project:
I conducted the user research with the Mercedes users and their kids. Participated in the ideation section. Evaluated the concepts by designing and conducting the in-car prototype(a video to show the prototype was made by me). Validated the feasibility by researching and meeting with AI technology companies. I also created the user journey and storyboard of this project.
Safeway:
Service design is the main part I did in the safeway project. We were piloting a personal safety service for female Mercedes owners. Before the pilot, I designed the survey and interview questions. Planed for the whole process of the service pilot. Observed the user behavior during the service. And have in-depth interview after the pilot.
P2P Parking:
Testing is the main work I did in the P2P Parking project. I conducted the user testing and collected the results. Daily testing is another work for me to find the user experience problems and bug. I also did the video to show the user journey of the P2P parking service.
