Before talking about projects,

It's necessary to talk about our collaborative approach for Siemens Heathineers' UX-related projects:
Princeton UX team is the centralized design team for the US business lines.
We worked as an internal agency and support different projects when there is a need from a business unit.
That's why you can see I worked on many different projects that have distinct topics and types of tasks on the timeline above.

In the following sections, I will mainly introduce the Corindus projects and the PetNet project.
Please contact me if you are also interested in other topics that I have participated in.

Corindus

Corindus has their current product/system called Corpath GRX. "GRX is a robotic system for cardiovascular interventions."
"The system offers the physician a robotic-assisted control of guide catheters, guidewires, and rapid exchange catheters.
The system also provides radiation protection to the physician and potential to reduce radiation exposure for staff and patients."

My role in Corindus projects,

I worked on 2 projects that are the 2 steps for the future GRX.

Step-1-Project  Cloud App

> Cloud-based Dashboard for Network and System Management
> Solo Designer worked closely with PO, PM and Development Team
>Worked from the phase of supporting design requirements creation
to the implementation review
> Leading and managing the design process

Step-2-Project  Robotic System Control

> Design the GUI that worked along with a complex physical robotic system
> Analyzed the user tasks and defined the UX workflow
> Worked with the multi-functional team including product owner, HFE experts, industrial designer, mechanical engineers and etc.
> Supporting the formative study from planning the protocol to summarizing the report

Why I can't show more?

Healthcare products has longer design and develop process that requires more testing and risk related activities.
As a result, the work we have done will be open to shared and seen in public much later than in other fields.
If you are interested in the projects, I'm more than happy to share the process, challenges and my learnings with you!
Please contact me for more information.😄

PetNet Solutions

“PETNET is a global PET radiopharmaceutical network, providing routine, reliable delivery of high-quality radiopharmaceuticals and services.”
"With more than 47 locations around the globe, delivering more than 1,000,000 doses to more than 2,800 imaging centers worldwide, each year.
Because they have the largest network of pharmacies, and their pharmacies back each other up. This gives them a dose fulfillment rate of >99%."

My role in PetNet project,

The PetNet Packing Scanning App

The pharmacist has a busy routine every day starts planning the orders the night before, packing and dispensing doses to the drivers very early in the morning.
During and after the packing workflow, there are possibilities the user needs to unpack and repack a case due to the order change or accidents.
There is s need for an easy way to track all the dose information and status of the packing process.

> Worked as a solo designer on the team
> Plan the design sprints, lead and manage the design process
> Facilitate design reviews with development team, operational team and clinical experts
> Plan the testing activity, write testing protocol, moderate the testing process and provide testing learning
> Collaborate with Design System team on the Touch UI framework topic, facilitate reviews and provide feedback for improvements
